**Art Class Cancellation Policy**

 

Thank you for your interest in our art classes! We strive to create an engaging and enriching experience for all participants. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

1. **Minimum Enrollment Requirement**: Our classes require a minimum number of enrolled participants to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled, and you will be notified as soon as possible. Sometimes it’s your enrollment that helps hold this class!

 

2. **Cancellation by Participant**: If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class start time to avoid any instructor’s compensation charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. **No Refund Policy**: Due to the nature of our scheduling and planning, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our resources and provide a quality experience for all participants. 4.

 

**Class Cancellations by Us**: In the event that we need to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future class.
